Meriwether Godsey está buscando un supervisor de servicios de comedor responsable de supervisar las operaciones de recepción, parrilla y catering en Guilford College ubicado en Greensboro, Carolina del Norte. Debe estar disponible para trabajar noches y fines de semana según sea necesario.
Qué harás:
Supervisar el personal y las operaciones de comedor y catering para garantizar que se cumplan los estándares de servicio y las presentaciones de alta calidad.
Monitorear y supervisar el montaje y mantenimiento del área de cafetería y estaciones de comida para asegurar estándares de calidad.
Ayudar al liderazgo a supervisar y evaluar las necesidades del personal y apoyar las actividades de compras e inventario.
Mantener un ambiente seguro y saludable para clientes y empleados.
Fomentar un entorno inclusivo para todo el personal y los huéspedes, manteniendo al mismo tiempo relaciones efectivas con el cliente y centradas en el cliente.
Posible asistencia con eventos de catering según lo solicitado.
Qué necesitas:
Se prefieren 3 años de experiencia en liderazgo en servicios de alimentos.
Certificación ServSafe® o capacidad de obtenerla dentro de los 6 meses posteriores al empleo
Conocimiento práctico de las operaciones del comedor; Experiencia demostrada en la promoción e impulso de programas de catering.
Se prefiere experiencia en el uso de sistemas de gestión de alimentos en línea.
Conocimiento creciente sobre prácticas sostenibles
Altos niveles de profesionalismo y fuertes habilidades de liderazgo.
Fuertes habilidades de comunicación, organización y resolución de problemas.
Habilidades de liderazgo emergentes y fuerte orientación al servicio al cliente.
Capacidad para trabajar en un entorno de equipo colaborativo y al mismo tiempo fomentar relaciones sólidas con los clientes.
