Regular or Temporary: Regular Language Fluency: English (Required) Work Shift: 1st shift (United States of America) Please review the following job description: Assist with origination, structuring and execution of Project Finance lease, partnership and loan transactions working effectively with PF Originations and Structuring teams. Work with Functional/Matrix partners in Credit Risk, Asset Management, Portfolio Management and Operations to process transactions and manage client experience. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Following is a summary of the essential functions for this job. Other duties may be performed, both major and minor, which are not mentioned below. Specific activities may change from time to time. 1. Work with Origination and Structuring teams on new business development, market analysis, due diligence, structuring and execution 2. Complete client pitch materials, proposals, terms sheets, and transaction screening materials 3. Complete pricing runs, modeling, return analysis, comparable transaction/relative value analysis The base salary for this position is $100,000/ $105,000.
