Role Overview Part‑time (1 day per week), Monday through Friday. No nights or weekends. Flexible onsite, round‑and‑go model with remote documentation. Conduct psychiatric evaluations, diagnostic assessments, and mental status examinations. Diagnose and treat psychiatric, behavioral, and neurocognitive disorders in older adults. Prescribe and manage psychotropic medications. Evaluate behavioral and safety concerns. Provide brief interventions and behavioral management. Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams across care settings. Coverage Area Adrian, Michigan. Compensation and Benefits Fee for service (FFS) estimated compensation range of $30,496 – $36,595 annually with no cap on productivity income. Back‑end infrastructure and clinical support provided. Qualifications Active, unrestricted Michigan license as a PMHNP‑C or Psych PA‑C. Active DEA or willingness to obtain. New grads accepted. Experience with older adults or post‑acute care preferred.
