Job Summary:

Performs various patient care activities and related services in caring for the needs and comfort of patients under the direction of the physician or midlevel provider. RN duties include (but not limited to): assessing patients physical, psychosocial and behavior health needs; advocating for patient; administering prescribed medications, preparing exam room, procedure room, infusion room equipment and assisting providers; documenting in the EMR according to TSH policy and procedures. Each position has specific requirements with unique duties and responsibilities.

Education and Training:

• Associate's degree or Bachelors in healthcare administration or equivalent college coursework preferred.

Licensures/Certifications:

• Washington State RN license required. Current American Heart Association's BLS/CPR certification card on hire or within orientation period.
• NLC compact License accepted

Experience:

• Previous clinic experience preferred

Skills and Abilities:

• Familiarity with medical terminology
• Participates in maintaining a safe patient care environment
• Able to work in a team environment while maintaining a highly professional and productive work ethic
• Use skills in nursing assessment to provide patient care
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Computer skills, including electronic medical records
