ReceptionistPasco, WAWhy This Role MattersAs the first point of contact for Harvey Insurance, you'll set the tone for every client and visitor who calls or walks through the door. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in creating a warm, organized, and professional front-office experience while keeping the day-to-day details of the agency running smoothly.You'll work closely with agents and account teams to make sure client calls, walk-ins, mail, and administrative tasks are handled promptly and accurately — helping the agency deliver the kind of responsive, personal service clients expect.How You'll Make an ImpactHandle incoming phone calls and efficiently direct them to the appropriate departments, ensuring clients' inquiries are addressed promptly.Receive, sort, and distribute office mail, ensuring it reaches the intended recipients in a timely manner.Greet and assist walk-in customers, addressing their queries and providing information about the agency's insurance products and services.Collect payments from customers once trained on the process.Manage incoming faxes and forward them to the relevant individuals or departments.Document and log daily phone calls, maintaining accurate records that support the weekly summary report.Keep track of daily walk-in traffic, maintaining records for the weekly summary report.Collaborate with other departments on small projects, such as assembling promotional sales folders for new customers.Support the training and onboarding of new front-desk staff, helping them integrate smoothly into the team.Look for ways to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of front-desk operations, suggesting process enhancements and best practices.Who You AreAn excellent communicator, both written and verbal, who conveys information clearly and transparently.Organized and able to prioritize tasks and manage daily responsibilities effectively.Detail-oriented, with a high level of accuracy when entering data and reviewing documents.A collaborative team player who works well across departments.An exceptional problem-solver with a persistent approach to finding resolutions.Empathetic and responsive, creating a positive experience for every client and visitor.Comfortable with Microsoft Office Suite and other tools used for email and data entry.Committed to ethical standards and confidentiality when handling sensitive employee and client information.What You BringDay One:Previous experience as an administrative assistant or receptionist.High School Diploma or GED.Excellent communication and organizational skills, with strong attention to detail.Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, in-office environment.Valuable Additions:Previous experience working at a multiline insurance agency.Real Benefits for Real LifeAt Patriot, great benefits mean more than coverage; they mean being there through every stage of life: your health, your family, your financial future, or simply time to recharge.
