Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor-Night

Confidential Skilled Nursing & Rehabilitation Facility
Jersey Shore, PA

Schedule: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM
Employment Type: Full-Time and Part-Time

A well-established Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation Facility in the Jersey Shore, PA area is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to provide clinical oversight and support during the overnight shift.

This position is responsible for supervising nursing staff, monitoring resident care, responding to changes in condition, and supporting the clinical operations of the facility.

Available Opportunities

• Full-Time RN Supervisor: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM
• Part-Time RN Supervisor: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM
• Part-Time Weekend RN Supervisor: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM
• Weekend schedules with every 6th weekend off may be available based on staffing needs.

Responsibilities

• Supervise nursing staff during the assigned shift.
• Monitor resident conditions and respond appropriately to changes in condition.
• Provide clinical guidance and support to nursing staff.
• Ensure resident care is provided in accordance with facility policies and applicable regulations.
• Communicate with physicians, residents, families, and interdisciplinary team members.
• Assist with admissions, transfers, and discharges as needed.
• Respond to emergencies and provide clinical support.
• Complete required nursing and supervisory documentation accurately and timely.
• Address clinical and staffing concerns during the assigned shift.
• Promote a safe and respectful environment for residents and staff.

Qualifications

• Current Pennsylvania Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing.
• Previous RN supervisory or charge nurse experience preferred.
• Experience in skilled nursing, long-term care, rehabilitation, or subacute care preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and make appropriate clinical decisions.
• Dependable and able to work the assigned schedule.
