Benefits for Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) Very competitive wages, hourly range depending on experience and availability Health and dental insurance for full‑time employees Paid drive time and mileage reimbursement between clients Simple IRA retirement benefits with 3% company match Full‑time or part‑time positions with flexible schedules BCBA program fee reimbursement and educational stipend toward BCBA certification Board Certified Behavior Analyst supervision hours provided Professional development opportunities including progression to BCBA, Case Manager, Program Supervisor, etc. Up to $1,500 signing bonus for Registered Behavioral Technicians (conditions apply) Responsibilities Provide 1:1 intervention services based on ABA principles for children aged 18 months to 12 years Assist in restructuring factors and activities to support clients and reduce maladaptive behaviors Teach skills that enable individuals to communicate and function more effectively Review behavior plans and instructional materials developed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts and licensed clinical psychologists Facilitate consistent implementation of the behavior plan and monitor outcomes Implement behavioral procedures for acquisition of replacement skills and reduction of problematic behaviors Collect data on child progress and record session notes related to the implementation of the intervention plan Communicate openly with behavior analysts, regional coordinators, and scheduling staff Qualifications High school diploma and at least 18 years of age (required) Completion of Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or Board Certified Autism Technician (BCAT) certification Valid active Autism Technician Certificate Number (BCAT or RBT) with BICC or BACB Bachelor’s degree in psychology, early childhood education/development, or related field (preferred) or near completion of a bachelor’s degree Strong verbal and written communication, time management, organizational skills, and problem‑solving abilities Bilingual preferred (not required) Completion of all training requirements per Emerging Milestones Proven ability to work effectively with people from diverse backgrounds Experience working with individuals on the autism spectrum or other developmental disabilities Clear FBI/DOJ background check Proof of negative TB, MMR and varicella vaccinations or titers Completion of CPR/First Aid training (provided by Emerging Milestones) Experience working with children, preferably with special needs (preferred) Physical competence and health screening, ability to stand or sit for extended periods, frequent bending, reaching, squatting, kneeling, twisting, and occasional lifting of up to 50 lbs Physical ability to implement behavior management strategies and respond to physically aggressive behavior Frequent driving to and from office and client homes Exposure to disability disorders in clients Emerging Milestones provides equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants for employment and prohibits discrimination and harassment of any type without regard to race, color, religion, age, sex, national origin, disability status, genetics, protected veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state or local laws. #J-18808-Ljbffr Emerging milestones
