Job Description

Role Summary:

Serves as the primary point of contact and overall lead responsible for managing project scope, schedule, resources, dependencies, and communication across all four project phases (Section 4.1 through 4.4). Coordinates vendor technical leads, collaborates directly with TDLR leadership, ensures DIR compliance, and manages reporting, risk mitigation, and weekly billing/status milestones.

Key Responsibilities:

---- Project Governance & Kick-Off: Lead the introductory kick-off meeting, establish communication protocols, verify vendor staff security background

checks, and maintain the master project timeline.

---- Phase Management & Deliverable Delivery: Oversee execution across Assessment & Planning (4.1), Target Tenant Preparation (4.2), Migration

Execution (4.3), and Post-Migration Support (4.4) to ensure deliverables are completed on schedule.

---- Weekly Reporting & Status Meetings: Conduct weekly status meetings with designated TDLR agency staff, providing progress reports, billable hour

breakdowns, updated risk logs, and phase completion updates.

---- Dependency & Risk Management: Monitor technical dependencies, system availability impacts, data integrity risks, and client-side approvals to

prevent project bottlenecks or scope creep
