What You'll Do as a General Laborer / Forklift Operator:

• Operate forklifts, roll clamps, and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently
• Load and unload trailers, containers, and railcars
• Complete daily equipment inspections before and after shifts
• Follow all safety procedures and warehouse operating guidelines
• Open and close railcar doors and manage dock plates as needed
• Use RF scanners and tablets to track freight and inventory movements
• Assist with changing clamp attachments when required
• Support teammates and help maintain production and shipping goals

Skills and Experience

• Previous forklift or material handling experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse or logistics environment
• Comfortable using RF scanners, tablets, and warehouse technology
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Willingness to learn and complete equipment certification training
