Available Shifts: Per-diem team members do not have a set schedule and are assigned or pick up shifts based on availability

Compensation: LPN $37.00 - $43.00 | RN $45.00 - $50.00 based on experience

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide and coordinate nursing care in accordance with established policies and resident care plans

• Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately

• Supervise and guide direct care staff

• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and interdisciplinary team members

• Monitor resident condition and communicate changes

• Promote quality care and uphold all federal, state, and facility standards

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation

Registered Nurse (RN) Qualifications:

• Current RN or LPN license in the State of New Hampshire
• Strong clinical judgment, leadership, and communication skills
• Compassionate and resident-centered approach to care
• Prior long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred, but not required
