Becoming a Barista
Being a barista is more than just making a great cup of coffee — it's about serving smiles, showing heart, and creating amazing customer experiences every single time.
We're looking for friendly, energetic, and dependable team members to join our barista crew! If you love coffee, love people, and thrive in a fast-paced, positive environment — you're our kind of person.
We are currently hiring for team members with opening, mid-shift and evening availability.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum age requirement of 16 years of age or older
- Must possess the ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English to perform job duties, including following safety procedures and communicating with customers and team members. Bilingual skills are a plus!
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee, espresso, and specialty drinks
- Greet and connect with customers to create amazing experiences and start their day off right
- Take accurate orders and process payments quickly and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, keeping the store ready for the morning rush
- Follow all safety, sanitation, and company procedures
- Work as part of a fun, fast-paced team to deliver friendly and consistent service
