Sleep Expert – Bilingual (Spanish) The Sleep Expert will elevate and enhance the customer's in-store experience by being a trusted sleep authority and offering best‑in‑class products. You will execute Mattress Firm selling programs with digital tools and support a seamless omnichannel experience to create a compelling environment that puts the customer at the center. Key Responsibilities Execute selling programs using digital tools and support a seamless omnichannel experience. Provide technical and product knowledge to customers and serve as a subject‑matter expert. Drive individual sales performance and KPIs while demonstrating company values and supporting initiatives. Maintain customer relationships during and after purchase (e.g., resolve issues, send delivery reminders). Maintain awareness of competition, advertisements, and services offered by competitors. Leverage social media to positively impact brand awareness and increase sales. Lift, push, or pull 50+ pounds as part of daily duties. Compensation and Benefits Competitive base pay range of $55,000‑$65,000 per year (depending on qualifications and experience). Uncapped commission potential. 401(k) plan with employer matching.
