DevOps Platform Engineer – Cloud & Automation

In-Person Interview

Exp: 3-5 years only (>5+ will not be considered)

Required Skills

Infrastructure & Platform Support (Primary – 50%)

• 3+ years hands-on Kubernetes administration

• Strong Linux administration (RHEL/CentOS)

• Container ecosystem: Docker, Helm, Rancher

• Infrastructure as Code: Terraform, Ansible, AWX

• CI/CD: GitLab pipelines, ArgoCD

• Scripting: Python or Bash

Observability & Security

• Monitoring: Splunk

• Secrets Management: HashiCorp Vault

• Security Tools: Tanium, Qualys

AI & Automation (Mandatory – 50%)

• Experience with AI assistants (GitHub Copilot, Amazon Q or similar)

• Use of AI for automation, troubleshooting, and documentation

• Understanding of AIOps concepts (anomaly detection, predictive alerts)

• Awareness of AI agent frameworks / LLM integrations

Key Tools & Platforms

• CaaS: Kubernetes, Rancher, Portworx, Helm, ArgoCD

• IaaS: GitLab, Artifactory, Splunk, Vault

• Automation: Terraform, Ansible/AWX, Python

• Security: Tanium, Qualys, Xray
