Quality Assurance Development Lead

Overview GovCIO is currently hiring for a Quality Assurance Development Lead with a current Top Secret clearance to lead our team managing development quality assurance and support activities for DCSA. The candidate should have at least 8 years of experience, including experience within DCSA systems and applications such as NP2, OPIS, and eQIP. The ideal candidate should process a strong focus on mentorship and guidance. This position will be in the Washington DC Metro area (DC / MD / VA) and will be a hybrid position, primarily remote with a periodic need for customer site visits. Responsibilities The candidate will be responsible for supporting development initiatives overseeing functional requirements, process refinements, and integration validation. Must be committed to continuous improvement, implementing initiatives, enhancing testing efficiency, and effectiveness. They must have good communication skills with project stakeholders, helping to define objectives and deliverables while documenting software functionality to align with business expectations (i.e., a thorough understanding of requirements and user stories). Responsible for documentation implementation, revision and incorporation into customer's process assets which includes policies, processes, procedures, and associated tools. Acts as the primary interface for all customer performance improvement initiatives as well as any internal and external audits and appraisals. Support implementation of operating practices and procedures to ensure effective operations which meet established objectives and customer needs. Supports analysis and reporting on operating efficiency and key business metrics. Responsible for the coordination of various operating committees to include requirements and functional validation of critical customer systems. Contributes to special projects as needed to address strategic needs and mitigate risks. May participate in the development and maintenance of disaster recovery and business continuity plans.
