Mercor is hiring proficient bilingual speakers (English & Indonesian) to help make advanced AI models safer. You will apply language fluency and cultural judgment to evaluate how these models handle sensitive topics in Indonesian. Training will be provided.

Responsibilities include writing expert-level prompts in Indonesian, applying guidelines to classify prompts and conversations, and flagging adversarial phrasings with documented reasoning. Start date: Immediate.
