We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our Total Wireless team in Manassas, VA.

The ideal candidate is outgoing, professional, and comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment. This position is responsible for assisting customers with wireless plans, devices, accessories, and services while meeting sales goals and providing excellent customer service.

Bilingual Spanish and English is required.

Responsibilities

Greet customers and provide friendly, professional customer service

Assist customers in selecting wireless plans, phones, and accessories

Explain available products, services, pricing, and promotions

Process sales, transactions, payments, and account services

Activate wireless services and assist customers with basic account needs

Meet and exceed individual and store sales goals

Earn commission based on sales performance

Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment

Stay knowledgeable about current products, promotions, and wireless plans

Resolve customer questions and concerns professionally

Work as part of a team to achieve store objectives

Qualifications

Fluent in both Spanish and English

Previous retail, sales, or customer service experience preferred

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Positive and professional attitude

Comfortable working toward sales targets

Ability to explain products and services clearly to customers

Basic computer and technology skills

Reliable and punctual

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Compensation & Benefits
