Location: Osterville, MA & Nantucket, MA | Full-Time

Carl F. Riedell & Son is growing our HVAC installation team! We’re looking for an experienced Lead HVAC Installer who takes pride in quality workmanship, can lead a job from start to finish, and wants consistent, year-round work.

What You’ll Be Doing

Lead residential and light commercial HVAC installations from start to finish.
Install heat pumps, ducted & ductless systems, furnaces, air handlers, and related equipment.
Work with an apprentice, providing hands-on guidance and training.
Keep jobs moving efficiently and ensure work is completed properly.
Perform system start-ups, testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting.
Ensure installations meet code requirements and manufacturer specifications.
Communicate professionally with customers and the Riedell team.
Take ownership of completed jobs and uphold Riedell’s quality standards.

What We’re Looking For

✅ 2+ years of HVAC installation experience
✅ Strong residential HVAC experience
✅ Experience with heat pumps, ductless systems, furnaces, and air handlers
✅ Ability to read wiring diagrams and equipment specifications
✅ Strong leadership and communication skills
✅ Willingness to teach and develop less-experienced team members
✅ Pride in workmanship and attention to detail
