Drewry Site Development is looking for hard-working and reliable Experienced Track Hoe Operator for immediate hire with excellent pay and benefits.

As a Heavy Equipment Operator, you will operate heavy equipment for a Site Development and Asphalt and Concrete Recycling Company. To be successful in this position, you must be able to work as part of a team, enjoy working outdoors, and be able to perform strenuous physical tasks throughout the day.

Heavy Equipment Operator Responsibilities:

• Operate heavy equipment in compliance with the company's operating safety policies and procedures (Track Hoe, Loader, Dozer, Off Road Truck, Skidsteer)
• Load and unload equipment from vehicles and trailers.
• Load Trucks with recycled aggregate.
• Ensure company equipment, material, and the work site are maintained, kept clean, and stored in a safe manner.
• Complete required paperwork, reporting, and other documentation.
• Perform manual labor as necessary on the job site.

Job Requirements:

• Must pass equipment test (selected candidates will be invited for testing prior to job offer).
• Reliable transportation to assigned jobsite.
• Experience required as a loader operator.
• Ability to lift heavy loads.

Job Type: Full-time

Expected hours: 40 per week

Experience:

• Track Hoe Operator: 3 years (Required)
• Heavy Equipment: 5 years (Preferred)
