Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with a team to design and manage civil/site development projects.
- Conduct site assessments, prepare engineering plans, and ensure compliance with local and state regulations.
- Support project managers in the execution of project objectives and timelines.
- Provide technical input and assist in problem-solving to deliver innovative solutions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- E.I./E.I.T. certification is mandatory.
- A clear path toward obtaining Professional Engineer (P.E.) licensure in Florida.
- 2–4 years of experience in civil/site development.
- Exceptional technical and communication skills.
