Responsibilities:

• Canvass residential neighborhoods throughout Maryland.
• Knock on doors and speak with homeowners about free roof inspections.
• Educate homeowners on roof replacement options and insurance claim assistance when applicable.
• Schedule appointments for our roofing specialists.
• Build strong customer relationships and follow up throughout the sales process.

Qualifications:

• Strong communication and people skills.
• Positive attitude and self-motivated.
• Reliable transportation is preferred.
• Previous experience in door-to-door sales, roofing, solar, home improvement, insurance, or similar sales is a plus, but not required.

Earning Potential:

Top performers can earn $80,000–$150,000+ per year with our uncapped commission structure.
