Core PM Discipline Requirement

All Project Management roles at Moon Rabbit require fluency across both creative and media disciplines. PMs must understand how creative and media intersect in pharma marketing—including MLR implications, omnichannel sequencing, asset specs, trafficking requirements, and platform constraints—and apply that fluency to scoping, risk anticipation, cross-functional orchestration, and client partnership.

Overview

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to join our PMO team. In this role, you will lead complex, multi-workstream pharma initiatives (including brand launches, omnichannel campaigns, and HCP/patient ecosystem builds). You will own full MLR cycles, cross-discipline orchestration, and drive seamless collaboration across departments, internal teams, and external partners.

To succeed in this role, you should demonstrate independent leadership, strategic problem-solving, advanced client partnership, and operational optimization. You anticipate cross-team issues, reframe ambiguous problems into structured plans, and guide teams through high-pressure situations with calm, structured decision-making.

This role will be based in our New York office.

Key Responsibilities & Domain Expertise

• Pharma Initiative Leadership: Lead complex, multi-workstream pharma initiatives including brand launches, omnichannel campaigns, and HCP/patient ecosystem builds, ensuring end-to-end execution.
• MLR & Cross-Discipline Orchestration: Own full MLR cycles and cross-discipline orchestration, aligning creative, media, strategy, analytics, and regulatory requirements.
• Creative Oversight & Tech Platforms: Oversee creative cycles and manage multi-format builds (DCO, CRM, HCP banners, video), ensuring strict MLR compliance using tools such as After Effects, Premiere, Figma, AEM, and Veeva PromoMats.
• Media Delivery & Ad-Tech Platforms: Oversee media trafficking, pacing, and QA across advanced platforms including DV360, The Trade Desk, Amazon DSP, PulsePoint, Swoop, Healthline, WebMD, and Medscape, ensuring tagging accuracy and utilizing analytics tools like Looker, Tableau, and GA4.
• Risk Management & Problem Solving: Anticipate cross-team issues, reframe ambiguous problems, build robust mitigation plans, and guide teams through high-pressure situations with structured decision-making.

Qualifications & Competencies

• Experience: 5+ years of project management experience within an advertising agency or fast-paced marketing environment, specifically within pharma/healthcare marketing.
• Core Competencies: Independent leadership, strategic problem-solving, advanced client partnership, and operational optimization.
• Cross-Disciplinary Fluency: Proven expertise managing the intersection of creative production pipelines and media trafficking/ad-tech platforms.
• Communication & Leadership: Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills capable of guiding multidisciplinary teams and executive clients.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field of study.
