Account management using the agency management system, including applications, proposals, endorsements, certificates, binders, cancellations, etc.; keeping the client informed throughout the process. Preparation of clear and concise proposals for clients. Meticulous record keeping to prevent errors and omissions. Collaboration with producers to achieve strategic goals. Qualifications Pass the P&C Licensing exam before your start date. Willingness to work on‑site during the training program with the potential for hybrid afterward. Ability to learn new technology. Responsible, disciplined self‑starter with a positive attitude. Prioritizes customer satisfaction and offers positive solutions. Flexible team player and organized multi‑tasker.
