Salary: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
- Must be able to: Sweep, wax and/or polish floors; dust/polish woodwork; dust vents; clean/scrub kitchen appliances and bathroom items such as sinks, toilets, tubs, and cabinets; wash windows; vacuum carpets/floors. Use appropriate tools and chemicals for these tasks.
- Cleans the office, clubhouse, and restrooms prior to open of business daily.
- Cleaning and maintains models on a daily basis.
- Cleaning of corporate unit(s), if applicable.
- Cleans all vacant apartments as directed by supervisor.
- Keeps all vacant units fresh and odorless.
- Clean and maintain all laundry facilities on a daily basis.
- Pick up trash, debris, limbs, etc. from grounds and/or breezeways.
- Advise supervisor(s) when equipment, building(s) or structures are faulty or non-working, deteriorating, and/or causing unsafe environments for residents and/or staff.
- Perform additional duties requested by supervisor.
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Driver's License and valid car insurance
- Personal, reliable transportation
- Excellent communication skills; written and verbal
- Ability to speak, read, and write English is preferred
- Basic computer skills; comfortable with apps and software
- Service mentality and a thirst for learning
- Positive Can-Do Attitude
- Excellent Attendance
