About this opportunity The Driver Manager position is a key operation role focused on supporting drivers and ensuring efficient load coordination. This opportunity offers hands‑on experience and a strong entry point for building a career in transportation. Pay and Schedule This position is Monday - Friday 7:00AM - 5:00PM. The pay range is $50,000 - $60,000/year dependent on experience. Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with drivers to support their success Ensure on-time pickups and deliveries by effectively tracking and tracing loads Identify patterns, trends, and irregularities through both independent analysis and team collaboration Respond to urgent situations with professionalism and sound judgment Communicate clearly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment Demonstrate strong time management and organizational skills with keen attention to detail Utilize Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, to support daily operations The company will provide reasonable accommodations to employees who require them to perform the essential functions of their job to the extent it does not impose an undue hardship or create a risk of harm to the employee or others.
