Ice Cream Attendant

We are seeking a friendly and enthusiastic Ice Cream Attendant to join our team in Cincinnati, OH. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service and enjoy creating a fun and welcoming environment for our guests. As an Ice Cream Attendant, you will be responsible for serving delicious ice cream treats, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring a positive experience for every customer. Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and provide excellent customer service. Serve ice cream, cones, sundaes, and other frozen treats accurately and efficiently. Handle cash and process transactions using the point-of-sale system. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the serving area and equipment. Restock supplies and ingredients as needed throughout the shift. Follow all health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe environment. Assist with opening and closing duties as required. Work collaboratively with team members to provide a smooth and enjoyable customer experience. Qualifications Previous experience in food service or customer service is a plus but not required. Friendly, outgoing, and customer-focused attitude. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
