Good Samaritan Health Center seeks a Director of Nursing – RN to lead nursing operations for our long-term care services. This role oversees clinical quality, staffing, and compliance while modeling compassionate, faith-informed care for underserved patients. Responsibilities include supervising nursing staff, coordinating care plans, ensuring regulatory and infection-control standards, managing budgets and resources, and partnering with physicians and interdisciplinary teams. The Director will promote a culture of safety, professional development, and whole-person care aligned with our mission of advancing health equity.
