We are seeking an organized and proactive Associate Attorney who is passionate about client advocacy, delivering strong legal outcomes, and growing their expertise in personal injury law. This individual will play a key role in managing cases, communicating with clients, and contributing to the firm’s continued success. Company matches 100% of the first 1% and 50% of the next 4% 5% bonus after one year of employment Hands-on mentorship and training from experienced partners Responsibilities: Manage personal injury cases from intake through resolution (settlement, mediation, arbitration, or trial) Draft pleadings, motions, discovery responses, and other legal documents Conduct legal research and case analysis to support the case strategy Communicate regularly with clients, providing clear updates and guidance Participate in litigation, including depositions, hearings, and court appearances Negotiate with insurance companies/opposing counsel to achieve favorable outcomes Requirements: A JD degree & admission to and good standing with the New York Bar 1+ year of experience as an Associate Attorney (litigation experience not required) Excellent written/verbal communication skills with the ability to manage multiple cases An ability to work both independently and collaboratively Bonus Experience: 1+ year of personal injury experience Please note that this job description is intended to provide a general overview of the position and is not representative of all responsibilities, duties, and skills required.
