Hematology Care Opportunity

Rate Caps For Submission (Strictly Follow):

• Malpractice Must be included in rates.
• Orientation $307.50-350 - half the hourly/callback rate, kicks in after 8 hours. "Per hour of orientation or training beyond 8 hours"
• Hourly $615-$700 - "Per hour, not OT"
• Holiday $922.50-1050 - Must be 1.5x the hourly rate. "Per holiday hour, no OT"
• Submissions over the cap will not be cleared by MSP.

Schedule/Availability Requirements:

• Start Date: ASAP for 6-12 months
• Schedule/Shift times: Fulltime M-F 8a-5p every week

• Setting: Outpatient
• Duties: Hematology Care - It's Hem/Onc but we really need coverage in the benign and malignant heme. Just no solid tumor. The benign versus malignant ratio is probably 60/40, as an estimate.
