- Focus on elective soft tissue and orthopedic procedures for equine patients, with the tools and team to build the caseload you enjoy.
- Perform sports medicine and performance evaluations, comprehensive lameness workups, and rehabilitation planning.
- Conduct both in-clinic and ambulatory appointments; collaborate closely with colleagues and referring veterinarians.
- No emergency surgical on-call; limited participation in a shared after-hours equine emergency rotation for medical cases.
- Provide clear client communication, thorough medical records, and coordinated care plans.
- Contribute to clinical standards, case rounds, and quality-of-care initiatives; support a positive, efficient team culture. Requirements
- DVM or equivalent degree
- Board-certified or residency trained in equine surgery; candidates with strong surgical and sports medicine interests are encouraged to apply
- Eligible for and able to obtain licensure to practice in Washington
- Eligible to work in the United States
- DEA registration (or ability to obtain)
