Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $21.00/hour Shift: 1st What’s a typical day as Licensing Specialist? You’ll be: Managing and resolving licensing cases related to Registration Management, Initial Licensing, Title Management, UCC Filings, and State Changes/Buyouts. Researching and addressing client licensing requests with a focus on accuracy and customer satisfaction. Monitoring, prioritizing, and managing multiple cases and workload efficiently. Utilizing the DMV Terminal and other office technologies to complete cases in compliance with all relevant regulations. Demonstrating attention to detail, thoroughness, and professionalism in all work. Collaborating with team members and adapting to new assignments, processes, and technologies as needed. This job might be an outstanding fit if you: Have a High School Diploma or equivalent (required); a degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred. Bring 2-4 years of experience in case management, administrative support, or customer service. Are proficient with MS Office programs (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project, Visio, SharePoint). Possess strong problem-solving skills and can handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Are detail-oriented, organized, and proactive in managing priorities and deadlines. Have previous experience with DMV procedures, vehicle-related transactions, or accounting principles (a plus). Communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing. Work well independently and as part of a team, supporting colleagues and contributing to team goals. Approach challenges with composure, professionalism, and a willingness to learn and improve.
