We are hiring for a Human Resources Business Partner in West Allis, WI. This role is a senior position within the HR Department of a growing healthcare organization. If you have at least five years of experience, this could be a good fit for you.

Human Resources Business Partner Responsibilities:

• Work with Senior Leadership and Provide Direction and Advice
• Employee Relations for Union and Nonunion Employees
• Collaborate with Total Rewards: Job Evaluations, Salary Recommendations
• Participate in the Development and Implementation of HR Policies

Requirements:

• Five or more years HR experience
• Bachelor's or Associate's Degree required
• Healthcare industry background
• Comfortable working in a higher volume environment

Pay Details: $90,000.00 to $110,000.00 per year
