Job Summary and Responsibilities

As our CT Technologist, you will utilize your expertise to capture precise diagnostic images, enabling our Radiologists to accurately diagnose and/or rule out diverse medical conditions.We're seeking a dedicated Full-Time Weekend Shift CT Technologist to join our dynamic team! Sign on bonus for qualified candidates!

Every day, you will adeptly create detailed cross-sectional images of the skeleton, tissues, and internal organs. Your compassionate interaction and skill in patient care will be crucial, fostering a positive and comforting patient experience throughout the imaging process.

To be successful, you'll deeply understand the critical importance of diagnostic imaging: from general workflow and patient positioning to consistently capturing clear results for timely, accurate diagnoses.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Executing all diagnostic CT studies using advanced equipment (GE CT scanners, workstations, etc.).
• Following formal protocols and explaining procedures clearly to patients.
• Completing examinations including filming and image retrieval.
• Responding to emergency situations and performing basic patient care.
• Consulting with nursing staff on patient conditions and documenting care.
• Ensuring patient comfort and radiation protection, keeping doses as low as possible.

Job Requirements Required

• Graduation from an accredited school of Radiological Technology, (including course work in cross-sectional anatomy and/or demonstrated skill/knowledge in cross-sectional anatomy), upon hire and
• One year of work experience in the senior level of the core job family or
• any combination of experience or education that would demonstrate the ability to perform the duties of the position
• Registered Technologist Radiography ARRT, upon hire and
• Basic Life Support - CPR, upon hire and
• Medical Radiographer: WA, upon hire

Preferred

• One year of work experience as a CT Technologist

Pay Range

$39.44 - $66.24 /hour
