Overview As a maintenance leader you are responsible for overseeing and coordinating the daily maintenance activities of a team, ensuring all equipment and facilities are properly maintained and repaired in a timely and safe manner by assigning tasks, supervising a team, and adhering to established maintenance procedures and safety protocols. Qualifications Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems. Proof of Certification preferred. Ability to diagnose equipment issues and develop effective repair solutions. Excellent written and verbal communication to effectively interact with staff, management, and external vendors.
