We are in search of amazing care providers to join our team.Caregiver Compensation and Benefits:Competitive payFlexible working hoursSupplemental insurancePaid training including CPRIncentive bonusesThe caregiver's role is a crucial position for those who rely on others for basic daily care.Caregiver Responsibilities:Remind clients to take prescribed medicationAssist clients with mobility around the house or outsideAssist clients with personal care and hygieneHelp clients complete recommended exercisesDo the client’s shopping or accompany them when they shop if neededPerform light housekeeping duties that clients can’t complete on their own, including preparing mealsReport any unusual incidents to office personnel and family membersAct quickly and responsibly in cases of emergencyRecord days and hours on agency care sheetsCaregiver Requirements:Previous caregiver experience preferred but not required, we provide paid trainingWillingness to adhere to health and safety standardsKnowledge of housekeeping activities and cooking with attention to dietary constraintsMust be respectful and compassionate with a good bedside mannerOutstanding communication, time management and interpersonal skillsPhysical endurance to complete required tasksHigh school diploma or equivalentMust pass drug testAble to pass background checkMust have reliable transportationWe are an equal opportunity employer that is committed to diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
