Schedule Shift: 3:00 PM - 3:00 AM. Every other weekend required; flexibility to float within the Emergency Department. Responsibilities Provide comprehensive care to patients in the Emergency Department. Utilize advanced nursing skills and knowledge to assess, plan, and implement patient care. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records using the Cerner documentation system. Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure Minimum 2 years of experience as a Registered Nurse, with at least 1 year in an Emergency Room setting. Current RN license and certifications: ACLS, BLS, PALS, TNCC, CPI, NIHSS (required before starting). Experience in a Level II trauma center and comprehensive stroke center preferred.
