KY RN LICENSE

EKG NIH Stroke Scale BSN from an accredited program Minimum 2 years of acute care experience Flexible availability for all shifts Responsibilities Deliver high-quality, evidence-based nursing care across diverse patient populations. Serve as a clinical resource and mentor to peers and new staff. Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to unit-based goals. Demonstrate leadership in patient safety, infection control, and care coordination. Flexibly rotate across shifts and units as needed to support staffing and patient care demands. Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with hospital policies. Engage in continuing education and professional development activities. Strong communication and critical thinking skills. Commitment to excellence and continuous improvement. Ability to thrive in dynamic, fast-paced environments. Willingness to take on leadership roles and special projects.
