The Opportunity

PM Ravello Cook 3

Who We Look For

We are looking for an individual who can provide culinary support in Ravello, our modern Italian restaurant. Delight our guests with offerings like house-made pasta, pizza and limoncello, masterfully crafted with ingredients imported straight from Italy.

Responsibilities

• Primarily work with the hot station (i.e., meat temperatures, cooking steaks, chicken, in depth prep of warm items, etc.)
• Build inventory lists, as well as strategic overviews of preparation for the specific outlet
• Rotate among different outlets depending on occupancy, events, and overall need of the resort

Minimum Qualifications

• Prior experience with a grill, saut and knowledge of advanced knife cuts are required
• Ability to work and thrive in a fast-paced, large team environment
• Flexible and available when extensive work hours are required

Additional Requirements

• A sincere willingness to provide service to residents, guests, and peers.
• Good organizational skills, with the ability to work independently.
• Ability to function well under pressure, set priorities and adjust to changing conditions.
• High work ethic, with a sense of responsibility for the role filled within our team.

A successful candidate will have a flexible schedule, ability to work weekends and holidays. Must be fluent in English and possess legal work authorization in the United States.
