Daily Responsibilities
- Provide prompt, dependable, high quality vehicle service to all customers
- Complete repair work within the scheduled or allotted time period whenever possible
- Maintain productivity (time spent working) as close to 100% as possible
- Accept work assignments from Service Advisor/Manager
- Perform service, repair and customization work in accordance to factory specifications
- Keep work areas clean and assist others with maintaining shop cleanliness
Requirements
- Ability to show up on time and work posted schedule
- Completion of a factory authorized training program such as MMI Service School or equivalent work experience (preferred)
- Current motorcycle license
- Entry-level technicians will be provided the necessary tools
- Experienced technicians need to provide both basic and specialized tools
