Required Skills and Experience

The Supplier’s proposed resource(s) shall demonstrate the following skills and experience:

• Experience inspecting, testing, writing, and troubleshooting application source code (C# and VB).

• Developing solutions using Microsoft Visual Studio, Microsoft SQL Server / SQL Server Management Studio, and Microsoft Azure DevOps with Git.

• Programming N-Tier web applications (browser / web server / database server) using Blazor and the Telerik for Blazor control library.

• Use of Microsoft Active Directory and Groups for authentication and authorization.

• Targeting the Microsoft .NET Framework (Core).

• Ability to drive user requirements and develop code to those requirements.

• Fluency in the use of AI tools to drive code development productivity (e.g., GitHub Copilot).

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $70.00 - $85.00/hr.
