Charge Nurse (RN) - Wound Care

Role: Wound Care Charge Nurse (RN) responsible for assessing, developing treatment plans, and managing complex wounds, pressure injuries, fistulas, drains, and incontinence cases. Key Duties: Provide specialized ostomy care, educate patients and staff, serve as a clinical resource, and ensure quality standards through monitoring outcomes and maintaining certifications. Qualifications: Minimum five years of RN experience with at least six months to one year in wound and ostomy care. Certified in wound and ostomy care with a Wound Ostomy Certificate is required. Skills: Expertise in wound management, ostomy support, staff education, and adherence to clinical standards. Ability to collaborate with healthcare teams and respond to consults.
