Salary Range Base annual salary: $536,575.00 to $729,087.00 . Potential premium earnings: $78,192.00 (may vary by location). Salary includes incentives contingent on skills, competencies, longevity, experience and geographic location. Earnings are contingent upon requisite Board Certification.
