Veterinary Client Care Coordinator

$19.5 - $24 per hour

Veterinary Client Coordinator Location: Lebanon, CT. The role acts as a key liaison between clients, technicians, and doctors, ensuring smooth, efficient support for both clients and veterinary team. What to Expect Environment of Collaboration: satellite locations work closely with each other and the Specialty/ER location to provide quality care. About you The ideal candidate has prior hands‑on experience on the clinical floor, strong written and verbal communication, and can adapt to fast‑paced work. Anticipated Schedule Full‑time: Monday – Friday 9am‑5pm. Requirements Prior experience as a veterinary technician and client services strongly preferred. Strong attention to detail and passion for client care. Familiarity with veterinary terminology or willingness to learn. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Exceptional interpersonal skills with a warm, friendly, empathetic approach. Ability to handle challenging client situations with tact, patience, and understanding. Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment. Ability to work collaboratively with veterinarians, technicians, and other staff. Flexibility to assist with other duties and work effectively in a team‑oriented environment. Reliable, punctual, dependable with strong work ethic. Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure. Willingness to continue learning and stay updated on best practices. Knowledge of scheduling, ordering supplies, and recommending laboratory tests. Knowledge of instrument care, sterilization techniques, and use of standardized procedures. Knowledge of client needs assessment, quality standards, and client satisfaction evaluation. #J-18808-Ljbffr
