• Experience managing and developing

• 5-6 years managing complex projects from concept 

through commercialization

Food Manufacturing / Product Development Background

• Experience in food manufacturing, food processing, 

R&D, or food product development

Procurement, and Marketing

Process Engineering Expertise

• Background in manufacturing process engineering 

and continuous improvement

• Experience identifying and leading process 

optimization initiatives

• Ability to provide technical guidance to engineers and 

drive operational efficiencies

Packaging Engineering Knowledge

• Packaging material selection and design principles

• Understanding of packaging equipment compatibility 

and validation

• Knowledge of quality, shelf-life requirements, and 

packaging innovation
