Position Summary

As a  Barista , you will help create an exceptional guest experience by preparing beverages, assisting with food service, and providing outstanding customer service. You'll greet guests, take orders, prepare drinks, deliver food and beverages, and help maintain a clean, welcoming environment.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in delivering exceptional hospitality.  No prior experience is required—we're happy to train the right candidate.

Responsibilities

• Prepare beverages according to company standards
• Greet guests with a friendly and professional attitude
• Take food and beverage orders accurately
• Deliver food and beverages while providing exceptional customer service
• Answer guest questions and make menu recommendations
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of beverage stations, dining areas, and guest spaces
• Restock supplies and assist with opening and closing duties
• Support special events and community gatherings
• Work collaboratively with bartenders, kitchen staff, and management
• Help create a positive and memorable experience for every guest
• Follow company standards for food safety, service, professionalism, and appearance
