Job Descriptions - Guest Service Representative Your responsibilities are to make each guest feel welcomed when they enter the hotel. You will oversee that the check-in and check-out experience is timely and a simple process for every guest. Listening for and responding to guest complaints. Light cleaning of the front desk and lobby area. Assisting in other departments as needed. Essential Qualifications Friendly and customer service orientated. Has a positive attitude.
