We are seeking a dependable and motivated Forklift/Packaging Associate to join our seed production team in PARMA Idaho. This position is responsible for packaging seed products, maintaining quality standards, following safety procedures, and supporting daily warehouse and production operations. The ideal candidate is reliable, team-oriented, and committed to producing quality work in a fast-paced environment.

Packaging/Forklift Associate Details:

• Temporary position
• $18.00 to $20.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• Weekend work required
• First Shift ( Monday through Saturday from 06:00am to 03:00pm )

• Operate forklifts safely to move, stage, and organize materials throughout the facility.
• Load and unload incoming and outgoing shipments while maintaining product accuracy.
• Assist with inventory management, material handling, and warehouse organization.
• Cross-train in warehouse functions

Packaging/Forklift Associate Qualifications:

• Previous forklift operating experience required; certification preferred.
• Ability to safely lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety
• Willingness to learn warehouse operations and take on additional responsibilities as needed.
• Medical Clearance and Respirator Use Fit test 

• Applicant may be subject to a background check
• Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
