PPS/MDS Coordinator — Drive Rehab Outcomes
SSM Health Rehabilitation Hospital
A leading rehabilitation hospital in St. Louis is seeking a PPS Coordinator / MDS Coordinator to manage data collection and ensure compliance with CMS guidelines. The ideal candidate should have a valid nursing or allied health license and at least two years of relevant experience. Responsibilities include coordinating assessments, staff education, and immediate issue resolution.
