This position is entirely remote, allowing our therapists the flexibility to connect with clients from various locations across California. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct virtual therapy sessions using secure, HIPAA-compliant platforms with individuals, couples, and families, adapting your approach to meet diverse needs.

• Provide timely crisis support and intervention tailored to individual needs, ensuring clients receive prompt assistance during challenging moments.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a remote Mental Health Therapist, you will serve a diverse client population across California. Clients may range from young adolescents navigating developmental changes to adults coping with relationship challenges or mental health disorders. You will encounter a wide spectrum of issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and grief, allowing you to apply your therapeutic skills to help clients achieve their personal goals and improve their quality of life.

Qualifications\n

• A valid LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT license in the state of California (or the ability to obtain prior to employment).
