Department 70158 Atrium Health Surgery Center: Denver - Ambulatory Surgery Center Status Part time Benefits Eligible No Hours Per Week 0 Schedule Details / Additional Information Ambulatory Float Position Qualifies for $4/hr incentive for hours worked in the role. Float will include providing coverage in PreSurgery/OR/PACU/Endoscopy. Previous experience in PACU or Endoscopy is strongly preferred. Schedule will be on an as needed basis, with the understanding that some weeks will be full work weeks, and some weeks may only be 1-2 days that week. Pay Range $35.50 - $53.25 Position Title Registered Nurse (RN) – Atrium Health Denver Surgery Center Float RN PreSurgery/PACU/OR/Endo Location Denver, NC, United States We’re looking for a skilled and compassionate RN to work in preop, recovery, endoscopy, and OR. The patient population consists of adult GYN, general, sports medicine, endoscopy, and pediatric dental cases. Experience in at least recovery and endoscopy is preferred, but experience in all areas is an added bonus. This float nurse position offers the opportunity to pursue clinical ladder advancement and professional certification in a collaborative unit culture. We’re Looking For Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the teammate practices Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association ACLS required Previous PACU, Endoscopy, OR and or Ambulatory Surgery Center experience strongly preferred What You’ll Do Provide and coordinate comprehensive patient care through the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care in accordance with established policies and procedures.
