We're seeking a Tier 1 IT Security Analyst to join our Network Operations Center (NOC) and Security Operations Center (SOC) as the first line of response for customer support, monitoring, and security incident triage. In this role, you'll monitor customer environments, investigate alerts, respond to security events, and support incident management activities across a wide range of systems and technologies. You'll work closely with security and operations teams to ensure timely issue resolution while helping deliver an exceptional customer experience.
